For homeowners looking to sell an existing home and buy a new home, I can help with that too. I will work with all parties involved to ensure the smoothest transition possible.

Whether local or out of state, I help buy and sell investment properties based on business needs. I can locate single family or multi-family homes to flip or hold. As a realtor, I can write contracts for deals (if needed).

As a property manager, I can find potential renters (including background checks), and manage the rental property, if needed, for in state and out of state investors.
